Founder — Dr. Diógenes Aybar
Research Background
Dr. Diógenes Aybar is the founder and president of Aybar Ecotechnologies and a member of the Academia de Ciencias de la República Dominicana. His work spans enzymology and protein chemistry, where the Aybar Protocol originated, and theoretical physics, where the EMG Theory of the Photon originated. He is the named inventor on the company’s granted and pending patents.
Published Research — the EMG Theory of the Photon
The EMG Theory of the Photon was first published through the Academia de Ciencias de la República Dominicana in 1992. It proposes an electromagnetic-gravitational induction law and derives the graviton from destructive photon interference. The full paper is available on our research page.
Intellectual Property & Patents
- Mexico — granted. Patent MX 433331, granted by IMPI on 23 March 2026, covering the bactericidal pharmaceutical composition and claims to its therapeutic use. In force until 28 May 2040. Titleholder: Aybar Ecotechnologies Corp. Inventor: Diógenes Aybar-Batista.
- Japan — granted. Patent JP 7768769, covering the antibacterial platform.
- United States — pending. Application under prosecution at the USPTO.
- Gravitational modulation — pending. The core mechanism is the subject of a pending application.
