Investment & Partnership Opportunities

Investment Thesis — Three Platforms, One Deep-Tech Portfolio

Aybar Ecotechnologies holds three independent platforms that share one structural characteristic: each removes a cost or a constraint that an established industry currently treats as fixed. We do not manufacture. We license, co-develop, and take equity in commercialization entities, which keeps capital requirements low and puts deployment in the hands of operators who already have the infrastructure.

Protein Purification — Investment Snapshot

A $700B+ Addressable Market

Functional foods ($280B), nutraceuticals ($150B), therapeutic proteins ($227B), plant-based proteins ($40B), and protein purification consumables and services ($19B). One percent penetration is a $7B opportunity. Purification is 50% to 80% of therapeutic protein production cost, and the protocol targets a reduction of up to 65% in that line, with no new equipment required.

Use of funds: industrial pilot deployment, regulatory alignment (GMP, ISO), licensing infrastructure, market development and client onboarding.

A 70-subject comparative clinical study against chlorhexidine 0.12% supports the dental indication. Phase 1 market entry is an oral chewable under DSHEA, which validates commercially while the higher-value respiratory indication goes through clinical development.
